Terms and conditions

1. REGISTRATION FOR PASTRY CONCEPT® COURSES

The registration procedure shall be completed upon receipt by PASTRY CONCEPT® of the properly completed registration form (whether sent by email or done online from www.pastryconcept.com).
By registering for the course(s) attendees accept that photographs and/or videos showing them and their creations may be taken and used, and relinquish all rights, title or interest, including intellectual property rights.

2. DEPOSIT

When registering for your selected course you are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost. Please attach the payment receipt to the registration form. PASTRY CONCEPT® requires a minimum number of registrations to hold a course.

3. FEES

Professional course fees are EXCLUSIVE of 22% VAT and include teaching material, coffee breaks and working lunch.

4. PAYMENT

Payment of the deposit and balance can be made as follows:

5. COURSE CONFIRMATION

Courses will be formally confirmed during the week prior to the start date.

6. COURSE CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY

PASTRY CONCEPT® reserves the right to cancel or modify its courses, in which case registered attendees will be notified during the week prior to the course start date and will receive a full refund in case of cancellation. Alternatively, attendees may elect to use their credit towards payment for the same course on another date or for a different PASTRY CONCEPT® course to be held within the next 8 (eight) months.

7. COURSE DESCRIPTION

Courses will be held at PASTRY CONCEPT®, via Giuseppe Lazzarin 68/C, Conegliano (Treviso) Italy.
PASTRY CONCEPT® courses include a combination of theory, practice and demonstration.
During the course attendees may not take videos using any type of recording device.
During the course PASTRY CONCEPT® will take photographs and video recordings, which may be published on the PASTRY CONCEPT® website, social network and/or on the websites of PASTRY CONCEPT®'s business partners and/or sponsors.

8. CANCELLATION BY ATTENDEES

Cancellations by the attendee up to 14 (fourteen) working days prior to the course start date will not be refunded but will be eligible for a credit towards another course to be held within the following 8 months. If not used during this time, the credit will be forfeited.
Cancellations by the attendee after 14 (fourteen) working days prior to the course start date will not be refunded.

9. NO APPEARANCE

Unless otherwise agreed with PASTRY CONCEPT® no refunds/credits will be given if you fail to attend the course/s.

10. ATTENDEES' OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY

Full payment is required before start of the PASTRY CONCEPT® course.
By attending the course, attendees agree that they will be liable for any accident or injury to them or third parties caused by any improper, incorrect or careless use of any tool and/or equipment (whether belonging to PASTRY CONCEPT® or the attendee).
PASTRY CONCEPT® shall not be held liable for any theft, loss or damage to their work or any accessory that attendees may bring to the course.
PASTRY CONCEPT® course attendees are required to wear full professional uniform.

11. ATTENDANCE BY MINORS

Minors wishing to attend PASTRY CONCEPT® courses must communicate their age during registration and must provide all required documents (parents' authorization, etc.)

12. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

At the end of each Course or Seminar attendees will receive a certificate of completion.

Privacy Policy (in accordance with D.Lgs. 196/2003 - Privacy law).

PASTRY CONCEPT® is authorized to collect personally identifiable information of course attendees and store it in its database for the purpose of delivering the services offered and for purposes of training and internal organization (attendees registration, hospitality and assistance, teaching and issue of certificates of attendance). PASTRY CONCEPT® may also use personally identifiable information of course attendees to contact them for promotional offers relating to PASTRY CONCEPT®'s services and training initiatives.
PASTRY CONCEPT® is authorized to retain copies of pictures and videos taken during the course (photos depicting the various work phases, group photos taken at the end of the course, other photos of individual attendees) without any time limit, and use them for teaching and/or promotional purposes. Pursuant to Art. 7 of the Privacy Law attendees may exercise their rights (to update, edit or cancel their personally identifiable information) at any time.
The personal details of anyone who registers via the registration form will be included in the data flow of the PASTRY CONCEPT® website, and a username and password will be generated automatically. Registered visitors will not be bound in any way, but have the possibility to check their position, keep track of courses attended and book new courses.
